Only Upscalers is operated by Scientia AI. This policy explains what data we collect when you use the Service and how we handle it.

Account details you provide when you sign up (email, and phone number if you sign up with a phone), the images you upload for upscaling, and basic usage data such as which upscaler you used and how many images remain on your plan.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to operate the Service: authenticate you, store and process the images you upload, run your upscale requests, track your usage against your plan, provide support, and send service-related communications. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Your images

Images you upload are stored in our cloud storage and sent to our AI processing partner to generate the upscaled output. We do not use your uploaded images to train models for other customers. You may delete saved results from your account library at any time.

5. Data retention

We retain your account and generated files for as long as your account is active, and for a limited period afterwards as required for legal and accounting purposes.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data in transit and at rest. No method of transmission is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your information.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. We will respond in line with applicable law.
