Credits
What credits mean
Credits are what you spend to run an upscale. There are two prices, and which one applies depends on the upscaler you choose - not on how far you enlarge. Most runs cost 1 credit. The heavier upscalers cost 3.

- Pack credits never expire. Buy once and use them whenever. Subscription credits refill at the start of each billing cycle, and unused ones roll over up to two cycles' worth.
- Signup trial: new accounts get 3 upscales, one per run, whatever the band. Trial results carry a watermark - region previews do not, so you can check quality first. Previews never cost a credit, and have their own monthly allowance: 10 a month on the trial, more on every paid plan.
- Failed upscales: if a run fails, its credits are returned to your balance automatically.
- All three upscalers: Creative Upscale, Ultra Upscale 8X, and Unblur & Restore all draw from the same balance. You always see the cost before you run.

Subscriptions & auto-renewal
Studio and Professional are monthly subscriptions. After you subscribe, the plan renews automatically each billing period and the fee is charged to your payment method until you cancel. Prices shown are GST inclusive where applicable.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel from this page at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal charge. You keep access to your current plan and remaining monthly credits until the end of the paid period.
Refunds
Because credits and upscaling are digital services delivered immediately after payment, fees for a started billing period are generally non-refundable, including unused credits. If a payment failed, was duplicated, or you were charged after a confirmed cancellation, contact us and we will review it.
Invoices & support
Every successful payment includes a GST-compliant invoice in your account. For billing questions or a refund review, email support@scientiaai.com with your account email and invoice ID.
